"I had difficulty understanding various amounts on my billing statements and Gabriel Wallenberg sent me a copy of very detailed billing statements for the last 9 months that provided more information than on the state farm website. He then called me and we discussed line by line what all the changes meant. He answered all my questions, was very patient, and never sounded annoyed. Great customer service."

"I could not ever get anyone to return my calls or texts. Tried reaching someone starting on January 16th. After multiple tries at calling and leaving voicemails and texts, someone answered the phone today, January 23rd. Very unfortunate"
